Bulova is a storied American timepiece manufacturing company founded in NYC in 1875 by Bohemian immigrant Joseph Bulova. Bulova’s legendary history includes collaboration with Charles Lindbergh, a relationship with Frank Sinatra, 46 NASA missions (a Bulova timer was even placed in the sea of tranquility on the first moonwalk), and industry innovations, like pioneering standardized production and developing the first fully electronic watch with proprietary tuning-fork technology, that transformed the way the world perceived time.
Modern “floating” dial design is framed by dual ringed silver finished tubes. The black floating dial can be rotated left or right to improve sight and has silver hour markers at the 12, 3 ,6 and 9 positions. Solid oak wooden base in a black washed finish.
