Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, Unforgettable cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been engraved or customized in any way. Eligible returns should be accompanied by a receipt and must be requested within 30 days of the original transaction

Return shipping is the customer’s monetary responsibility and a restocking fee to cover the loss of credit card fees we bear may be deducted from the refund. These points are null if of course there was any sort of order error on our end.
