Sadie (owner/operator of UEG) fell on ice on 12/16 and shattered her leg in multiple spots, requiring surgery. Please see below message from Sadie:
At this moment it doesn’t look feasible that I will be able to fulfill orders for Christmas. It breaks my heart and I am so sincerely sorry this happened. I am awaiting surgery in a hospital bed as I write this and don’t have a clear idea yet of just how intensive my recovery will be, but I am sure my mobility will be limited. I will refund orders that weren’t able to be completed for the holiday when I’m able, and try my best to arrange someone to contact customers and handle pick ups or deliveries for orders that were ready and waiting to be picked up before I fell. I can’t emphasize enough how truly sorry I am. Creating special gifts with my customers means the world to me and I am so upset to be incapable at such an important time of year.
